Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's room rate (including taxes and fees) will be required at the time of booking.

Advance purchase rate plans require full pre-payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please note the following policies based on your arrival date:

June - October: For reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits will be forfeited if your reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival.
November - May: For reservations canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Deposits will be forfeited if your reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival.

Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 11am

Complimentary Parking

Overnight guests can enjoy free parking on-site.

Smoke-Free Rooms

We're proud to offer smoke-free rooms. Please help us keep them that way! If smoking occurs in a room, a $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied.

Children

We love welcoming families! Children 13 and under stay free in their parents' room.

Pets

Although we can't accommodate pets, service animals are always welcome. We're happy to assist you with nearby boarding options.

Accessibility

We strive to make Hotel Perry comfortable for everyone. We offer two wheelchair accessible rooms with roll in showers and our common areas are fully wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available each morning in the H.O. Rose Dining Room. Guests have the flexibility to book a stay with or without breakfast, depending on the rate selected. If you decide to add breakfast after booking, simply give us a call and we'll be happy to assist. You're also welcome to enjoy breakfast and pay directly in the dining room. The H.O. Rose Dining Room is open to both hotel guests and the public seven days a week.
